These terms explain the basic conditions for using timacamara.com and working with Tima Camara, whether for coaching or for building a website or platform.

Website use

This website is provided for information and connection. You agree to use it with care and not to copy, misuse, disrupt or interfere with the website or its materials.

Coaching

Coaching is a supportive, forward-looking process. It is not a replacement for medical, therapeutic, psychiatric, legal, financial or crisis care. If you are in crisis or need clinical support, please seek it from a qualified professional. Tima will always say so when she believes another kind of support would serve you better.

Building

Every build starts with an enquiry, a free 30-minute call, and then a written quote and a scope agreed by email before work begins. The quote sets out what is included, the timeline, the payment schedule, and what happens if the scope changes. Content and images you supply remain yours. Once the final payment is made, the website or platform built for you is yours to keep and to host where you choose.

Bookings and payments

Prices, payment terms, cancellation terms and refund terms are shared in writing at the time of booking or quotation, before any payment is taken.

Personal responsibility

You are responsible for choosing the support that feels right for you, and for the decisions you take in your life and your business.

Intellectual property

The copy, design and materials on this website belong to Tima Camara unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied, reused or adapted without written permission. Client sites carry a small "Built with love by Tima Camara" credit in the footer, which can be discussed at quote stage.

These terms may be updated as the practice grows.
