Hi, I'm Tima

I was born in Conakry, Guinea. I have lived in Morocco, in France, and now in England, and I have been to more than forty countries. Every one of them changed something about what I assume people need. I work in English and in French.

The story

For a long time these felt like separate lives. Now I know they were one apprenticeship.

For seventeen years I worked in technology. I designed systems, built them, and led the people who built them, six of those years in senior leadership. I was good at it. I also taught dance, then yoga, then meditation, on evenings and weekends, for over a decade. Healing was the thread running under all of it, long before I had a word for it. And somewhere in there I learned what it is to hold everything together while quietly disappearing from your own life. Coaching came out of finding my way back.

Design taught me that how something looks and feels is part of whether it works. Leadership taught me what a decision costs when people depend on it. Movement taught me that change lives in the body. Healing taught me that it takes time and cannot be forced. Bhakti taught me that the deepest changes are not things you achieve. And coaching taught me to sit with someone while they find their own way through.

In March 2026 I left my last position. I travelled for three months, began my ICF certification, and came back to do this work fully. I also built Women Align & Shine, a bilingual coaching and community space for women, because some of this work is better done alongside other people than alone.

I work with people who are carrying a great deal and doing it well, and who can feel that something in them has gone quiet. Often they are exhausted and still delivering, or successful in a way that has stopped meaning anything, or sitting on a decision they keep putting off. You will not have to explain the pressure to me. I have carried it.

Whether I am designing a platform or sitting with a client, I am asking the same question: what does this need in order to grow?

Training

What holds the coaching

  • ICF Level 1 accredited coach training, certification in progress
  • Certified in life coaching and organisational development, with studies in leadership and executive coaching
  • Trauma-informed practice
  • Trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and certified in NLP
  • Trained in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and in emotional intelligence
  • Certified hypnotherapy practitioner, including neuroscience-based hypnotherapy
  • Yoga teacher since 2019, meditation teacher since 2022, trained in chakra healing and sound healing
  • Zumba instructor for twelve years, and years of facilitating women's circles

What matters most is not the list of tools I carry, but the quality of presence I bring.

I work trauma-informed, and I have been a Mental Health First Aider for four years. Coaching helps you rebuild forward. Acute crisis or clinical needs belong with a therapist, and I will always say so.

The ground

Bhakti, and service

Bhakti is the ground under everything I do. I think of my work as service: to the people who come to me, and to the One who brought them. Whatever is good in it comes through me, not from me.

Building

From architecture to platform

I build things. I built both of my own platforms, Women Align & Shine and BeeBhakti, myself, with AI.

Now I do the same for other people: I advise, I build, and I create with AI. See how I build →

The same steadiness that let me lead in demanding rooms is what lets me sit with someone in their hardest moment, and the same curiosity that keeps me at the edge of technology is what lets me build a home for someone's work that will hold.

Come home to yourself.

Coaching starts with a call. Design and technology starts with a few lines about your project.
