Tima Camara respects your privacy. This page explains what personal information may be collected when you use this website, send an enquiry, book a call, or work with Tima.

Who this policy is for

Visitors, enquirers, coaching clients, build clients, and anyone who contacts Tima through this website or the tools linked from it.

Information that may be collected

• Your name and email address when you send an enquiry.
• The details you choose to share in a form: your project or current website, your timeline, your budget range.
• In the coaching enquiry, what you choose to write about what brings you to coaching. This can include personal or health-related details, so please share only what you are comfortable sharing. The question about earlier support is optional.
• Your date, time and place of birth, if you request a Soul Blueprint reading. They are used only to prepare your reading.
• Booking details when you book a call through Calendly.
• Payment details when a paid service is confirmed. Payments are handled by the payment provider, and card details never reach this website.
• Anonymous counts of how often each project is viewed and appreciated. Only the number is kept: no name, no address and no cookie. Your browser remembers locally that you have appreciated a project.
• Anonymous visit statistics from GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly service: which pages are viewed, the country, the browser type and the referring site. It uses no cookies and does not identify you or follow you across other sites.
• Your theme choice (light or dark) and calm-mode choice, saved in your browser so the site remembers them. They stay on your device.

How your information is used

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
• To arrange and deliver coaching sessions and build work.
• To keep the records needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes.

Your details are not added to a mailing list and are not shared with anyone else, other than the tools named below, which are needed to run the service.

Legal bases

Depending on what you do on the website, information is used for one of these reasons:

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and take the steps you ask for before any agreement: it is needed to provide what you asked for, and I have a legitimate interest in answering the people who write to me.
• To deliver coaching, a Soul Blueprint reading, or build and renovation work once you have chosen to go ahead: it is needed to carry out our agreement.
• Health or other sensitive details you choose to write in a coaching enquiry: your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Records for tax and accounting: a legal obligation.
• Anonymous visit statistics: a legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used, with no cookies and no identification.

Third-party tools

This website uses Web3Forms to deliver form submissions by email, Calendly for bookings and GoatCounter for anonymous visit statistics. Paid services may use Stripe. The website files are hosted by IONOS. Each provider has its own privacy policy.

The fonts used on this site are stored on the site itself, so no request goes to Google or any other font service when you visit.

Some of these providers, such as Web3Forms, Calendly and Stripe, may process information outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where this happens, the transfer is covered by the safeguards each provider describes in its own policy, such as the UK data bridge or standard contractual clauses.

How long information is kept

Enquiries that do not lead to any work are deleted after 12 months. Records of work done and payments are kept for 6 years, as tax and accounting law requires. Birth details sent for a Soul Blueprint are deleted 12 months after your reading is delivered, or sooner if you ask. Anonymous statistics hold no personal information and are not deleted individually.

Who is responsible

Tima Camara, based in the United Kingdom, is the data controller for information collected through this website. Your form messages travel over an encrypted connection and are read only by me. I do not use your information for marketing, profiling or automated decisions.

Your rights

You may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. To exercise any of these rights, get in touch. I will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
